Copy

Copies the state of the currently highlighted cells in the grid to a special clipboard in memory.  This clipboard is not shared with the standard Windows and works only within this software.  In order to highlight the cells you'd like to copy to the clipboard, click and drag your mouse while holding down the shift key.

Cut

Copies the state of the currently highlighted cells in the grid to a special clipboard in memory and then blanks out (resets) the highlighted cells.  This clipboard is not shared with the standard Windows and works only within this software.  In order to highlight the cells you'd like to copy to the clipboard, click and drag your mouse while holding down the shift key.

Paste

When selected you will be prompted to click on a destination cell in the grid that will be the upper left-hand corner of the range of cells to be pasted.  If the cell is out of range an error message will tell you so.  If there is nothing on the clipboard this menu item is disabled.

Insert column(s)

When selected you will be prompted to click on the starting column.  Once that is done you will be prompted to click on the ending column. Once that is done you are asked to confirm this is what you want to do.  If you answer 'Yes' the existing columns will be shifted to the right and then new, empty columns will be inserted into the grid.  If the ending number of columns in the grid exceeds the allowable amount you will be told this and the operation will be cancelled. 

You may press the ESCape key at any time or select another menu option to cancel this function.

Delete column(s)

When selected you will be prompted to click on the starting column.  Once that is done you will be prompted to click on the ending column. Once that is done you are asked to confirm this is what you want to do.  If you answer 'Yes' the existing columns you selected will be deleted and all columns to the right of the deleted columns will be shifted to the left.  If the ending number of columns in the grid is less than the allowable amount you will be told this and the operation will be cancelled. 

You may press the ESCape key at any time or select another menu option to cancel this function.

Add column(s)

Presents a box asking you to type in the number of columns you wish to add.  If the ending number of columns in the grid exceeds the allowable amount you will be told this and the operation will be cancelled.  Columns are always added to the right side of the grid.

Add time

When selected you will be prompted to click on the starting column.  Once that is done you will be prompted to click on the ending column. Once that is done you will be presented with a box asking you to either type in the amount of time to add to the columns you selected or select the amount of time using the presented radio buttons.  If the resulting time of any column exceeds 25.5 seconds it will default to 25.5 seconds.

Subtract time

When selected you will be prompted to click on the starting column.  Once that is done you will be prompted to click on the ending column. Once that is done you will be presented with a box asking you to either type in the amount of time to subtract from the columns you selected or select the amount of time using the presented radio buttons.  If the resulting time of any column is less than 0.1 seconds it will default to 0.1 seconds.

Timing change (percent)

When selected you will be prompted to click on the starting column.  Once that is done you will be prompted to click on the ending column. Once that is done you will be presented with a box asking you to choose whether to add or subtract time from the selected columns and how much time (in percent of existing column timings) to add or subtract.  If the resulting time of any column exceeds 25.5 seconds it will default to 25.5 seconds.  If the resulting time of any column is less than 0.1 seconds it will default to 0.1 seconds.

Clear grid

When selected you will be reminded that all existing data in the grid will be lost and asked if you'd like to proceed.  If you select 'Yes' then all the cells are blanked out and all column timings return to their default value.  However, unlike the File / New menu option that changes the number of columns the grid has back to the default value, the number of existing columns will remain the same.

Resize columns

Presents a box asking you to type in the width (in pixels) that you want all columns to be.  Columns can also be resized one at a time using the mouse.

Resize rows

Presents a box asking you to type in the height (in pixels) that you want all rows to be.  Rows can also be resized one at a time using the mouse.

Reset column and row sizes

When selected all column and row sizes revert back to their default sizes.
